Dr. Ruh has been a practicing Family Physician since 1993. He is in full time private practice and is an assistant Clinical Professor of Family Medicine at SUNY at Buffalo. Dr. Ruh is Board Certified in Family Practice and is a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians.
Dr. Ruh received his MD degree from University of Buffalo, an MBA from St. Bonaventure University, and a BA in English from Amherst College. He continues to see patients full-time at Orchard Park Family Practice and resides in Orchard Park, NY with his wife and 4 children.
Dr. DeGrave received his B.S. in Microbiology at the University of Notre Dame in 1982. After receiving his medical degree from the Chicago College of Osteopathic Medicine, he completed his residency in Family Practice at the University of Buffalo.
Dr. DeGrave is currently Board Certified in Family Practice and a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians. Along with his role at OPFP, Dr DeGrave is the Vice Chairman of the Catholic IPA, an 800 member, physician run network responsible for numerous quality of care initiatives taking place in Western NY. His hospital affiliation is Mercy Hospital of Buffalo.
Dr. Thomas graduated from Saint Bonaventure University with a BS in psychology and a minor in biology in 2003. In 2005, she received her Masters Degree from the University at Buffalo.
Dr. Thomas graduated from Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine in 2009 and completed her residency training in Family Practice at Sisters of Charity Hospital in Buffalo, NY in 2012. She was Chief Resident from July 2010 to June 2011. Dr. Thomas is a member of the American Osteopathic Association and the American College of Osteopathic Family Physicians.
Dr. Steinmetz was born and raised in Angola, NY. She graduated with a BA in Chemistry from the University of Buffalo in 2010 and from the University at Buffalo Medical School in 2014. She completed her residency in Family Medicine at the University at Buffalo in 2017.
She has been practicing family medicine for 6 years in the Southtowns.
Dr. Steinmetz resides in Boston, NY with her husband and 3 daughters. She enjoys spending time outdoors, exercising, cooking and loves all things, Buffalo!
